Dwayne has always been a jack of all trades and in 1995 was offered a position to learn trailer mechanics. He fell in love with the job and has been wrenching ever since. He has always believed in an honest days work for an honest days pay. With Dwayne's incredible reputation and work ethic, he and his wife Wendy decided to start their own company. Road Wrench INC grew quickly, which lead to their children, grandchildren and son-in-law joining the family business.
Wendy Kaster

Wendy was a stay-at-home mom, raising her and Dwayne's three daughters. Her family owned a successful trucking company for over 45 years, and she has the background in accounts receivable/payable. One of her favourite places to be growing up was sitting shotgun with her Dad, delivering loads all over North America. Now, Wendy keeps Road Wrench INC running day-to-day, while ensuring the company and the family has everything they need to succeed.
Steven de Groot

Steve married Natasha in 2014, and they now have two children. In 2017, he decided to become a trailer mechanic, and started his apprenticeship training under Dwayne. He quickly learned the trade, and became fully licensed in 2019. Steve's attention to detail and quick thinking is an amazing asset to the family business.
Ashley Meekison

Ashley is the middle daughter of Dwayne and Wendy. Prior to joining the company, Ashley worked at one of North America's largest trucking companies in dispatch. She isn't afraid to get her hands dirty and keeps up with the guys. She now drives one of the mobile truck and delivers parts, helps with maintenance of the trailers and assists in the office.
Natasha de Groot

Natasha is Dwayne and Wendy's eldest. Like her sister, she worked in dispatch at the same trucking company. She also has a background in computers and customer service. Natasha deals with the day-to-day office work, as well as software and IT maintenance.
Victoria Meekison
Cambodian Support
Victoria is the youngest sister and supports the family from her home in Cambodia. After falling in love with Asia on a family vacation to China, she decided to uproot and move in 2021. She is currently an ESL teacher for grade 4-5 students. Her family misses her terribly, and she still supports us and the company anyway she can!
Brielle de Groot
"Human Resources"
Brielle is Natasha and Steve's eldest child and was born the same month as Road Wrench INC. Need a day off? Bring her 10 chocolate timbits- APPROVED! Late for work? FIRED! Forget your safety vest? WRITE UP! She also likes rolling up her sleeves and helping Pa fix trailers too as she is the cutest mechanic we got 😉
Lincoln de Groot
Future Wrench
Lincoln is Natasha and Steve's youngest, who was born in May of 2025. He has a bright future ahead of him as the companies upcoming wrencher (and one day owner). Pa is already reading him trailer manuals as bedtime stories. Currently, you can find him either napping, eating or snuggling with his big sister Brielle.
